Terri McDonald, center, received the Vanquish Worldwide Employee Excellence award for her quality workmanship for the first quarter of 2017.
Terri McDonald, Travel Clerk III Quality Inspector Transportation Division at Fort Rucker, AL, exemplified outstanding customer service and performance while helping a service member in times of significant stress and cumbersome paperwork during the first quarter of 2017. Ms. McDonald personally assisted 400 service members in performing the quality assurance inspection of their moves for the quarter.
Rafael Alcover, Vanquish Worldwide Project Manager at Fort Rucker, called McDonald a “value added individual whose knowledge of the Defense Travel Regulation (DTR) enhance the effectiveness of the Fort Rucker Travel Office daily.”
“Her vast knowledge and experience is sought by coworkers, superiors and the customer,” Alcover said, pointing to a particular accolade from one customer, who detailed a positive experience they had while working with McDonald.
“Ms. Terri McDonald went above and beyond to assist my family. She took the time to explain everything to us including some of the changes that have taken place since our last move,” the customer said. “Not only was she with us every step of the way during the move, but she even checked in on us when we arrived at our new location. The service we received from Ms. McDonald was beyond professional.”
The customer continued, “She really took the extra steps and showed us she was just as concerned about our move as we were.”
McDonald received the Vanquish Worldwide Employee Excellence award for her quality workmanship for the first quarter of 2017. Vanquish presents awards for exceptional employees each quarter.
