MARYVILLE, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Vanquish Worldwide, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) dedicated to providing worldwide support services to the U.S. Government and commercial market sector since 2007, has been awarded a supplemental contract to their prime contract issued by the U.S. Central Command for National Afghan Trucking (NAT). NAT is the largest transportation contract in Afghanistan and vital to the U.S. Government’s current retrograde mission throughout the country.
Vanquish Worldwide is currently the only U.S.-based company and small business performing on the contract. As a prime from September 2011 until present day, Vanquish has gone from distributing Class I, II, III, IV, VI, VII, VIII, VIIII, and X cargo to more than 400 forward operating bases to now supporting U.S. retrograde efforts and transporting equipment and supplies to locations for shipment and transport out of Afghanistan.
Vanquish has proven itself to be a leader in transportation and logistics services in the harsh environment of Afghanistan with over 1,738,000 miles driven in support of NAT. They have successfully executed more than 12,500 truck movements, completing an average of 487 missions per month. More than 30 million liters of fuel, 78,000 tons of dry goods and 61,000 tons of heavy equipment has been delivered across Afghanistan utilizing a fleet of 1,260 vehicles with up to 500 assets on the road at one time.
