Mr. Guiney is responsible for developing, managing, and executing the Company’s overall business growth strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives. He leads Vanquish’s Operations, Business Development/Capture, Proposals, Contracts & Pricing, Marketing, and Human Resource efforts across all Vanquish market sectors. Mr. Guiney brings over 40 years of combined military and Government contracting experience, including several years throughout the Pacific, Middle East, and Africa. His government contracting experience brings Vanquish the proven capability to successfully direct the organization to ensure superior customer satisfaction and future growth.

Prior to joining Vanquish, Mr. Guiney served in several senior executive positions, including Executive Vice President, Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Operations, and Country Manager for both small and large industry-leading companies. He served 21 years in the U.S. Army in various command and staff positions including Battalion Commander and as a Combined Arms and Service Staff School Instructor. Mr. Guiney holds a bachelor’s degree from The Citadel in Charleston, S.C. as well as a Juris Doctorate Degree from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, IA.
