
Mr. Byler is responsible for operational oversight of contractual project requirements, including all safety and quality activities aligned with OHSA, ISO, ANSI, US Army or local/state policies, regulations or directives. He leads Vanquish’s Project Managers, Quality Assurance Managers and Environmental, Health & Safety Managers across all Vanquish contracts. Mr. Byler has over 30 years of combined military and Government contracting experience in logistics including time in both the Pacific and the Middle East. His background brings results-proven operational knowledge and leadership to Vanquish to ensure contractual compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Vanquish, Mr. Byler served as the Project Manager for US Army logistics contract at Fort Stewart, GA and Materiel Readiness Manager for a Foreign Military Sales contract in Saudi Arabia. He served 25 years in the U.S. Army in various command and staff positions including Battalion Commander, US Army Cyber G4, First Army G4, and Senior Advisor to the US Ambassador for Iraq. Mr. Byler holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University, two master’s degrees, Florida Institute of Technology and the US Army War College.
